it’s time to find peace with food.

You want to create an environment of trust with your body.

You’re tired of all the food rules.

You want to enjoy what you eat and not think twice.

You’re tired of feeling obsessed about your body shape and size.

You want a healthier relationship with exercise and movement.

A life free from food and body obsession is possible. I promise.

You’re in the right place.

I’m Haleigh.

I am a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist, and certified intuitive eating counselor.

I help folks heal from perfectionism around food and their bodies so they can live a more connected, wholesome, and nourished life.

I’m a strong believer that our bodies are wise, and that they can be trusted. I want to help you reconnect to your body and its innate wisdom.

The equation is simple: Intuitive eating + evidence based nutrition science = a more peaceful relationship with food, body, and movement.

Nutrition is not a one size fits all. It should always be individualized, and it should always take into account your mental and emotional health. That’s why I take a weight-inclusive, eating disorder informed approach to my practice with all clients.

No matter the size of your body, you deserve to receive quality healthcare, feel at peace with food and have positive body image.

Hey there!

I provide structure for recovering at home, and can help you transition to or from a higher level of care as needed.

  • I provide meal support, meal planning, food exposures, and more. I help you challenge your eating disorder and find full recovery.
